Actual Effort in Current Month?

Is there a way to get the Actual Effort logged in the current month (or since the first of the current month, in other words)? I'd like to populate a Custom Field with that information so I can then use it to calculate the number of hours remaining in a "retainer" for the current month.

Hello Doug,

If I understand your requirements correctly, I think you could do this via a Workflow Rule that would update the Custom Field whenever a new Timesheet entry is created and a Scheduled Workflow Rule that would reset that field to be 0 on the 1st day of each month.
