Increase of numeric field value range (used in filters)

Please increase the range of numeric field values in filtering to match the range of numeric field values in fields. Currently the range of numeric field values in fields is -(10^16) to 10^16, but the range of numeric field values in filtering is -(2^31-1) to 2^31-1. Please use CR-411758 for future reference.

We use a numerical custom field for the project cost center and need the ability to filter on this field in reports but current limitations only allow for 8 numbers in the filter. This restricts our ability to filter on project cost center when our cost center numbers have 9 or more numbers. Please can we get this changed to include more than 8 numbers in the report filter?
