I'm not familiar with an app that allows audit tracking, but you can create workflows that will write to the existing audit trail for just about anything you want to track.

Audit Tracking app
Looking for an audit tracker that shows changes made throughout the system - for both user and admin edits/changes. I read older posts that referred to audit trail for work items app, but can't seem to locate it in the app marketplace. Is it still available?

We have a newer version of this app that is more robust called the Activity Stream. You can download it over here: https://www.clarizen.com/apps/activity-stream/ (this is installed by default in newer accounts).
