Just to clarify: the sections you refer to are already in the More Info section.
So when you open More Info, you want the sections to be collapsed by default.

Collapsed sections on property card set as default
I would like the individual sections on a property card to be able to be set as collapsed as a default. The user can then open the necessary sections by clicking on the section header. This will allow for a cleaner view when opening a project and I'm guessing shorter load time.
