Sharing reports (e.g. Cases) automatically allows sharing of linked information - inheriting share permissions

As a report designer

I want to be able to select that a share includes links to lower-level information 

Allowing me to grant permission to see the whole sub-card for (say) a risk, issue, task, etc

So that I can provide my information recipients with the ability to see not only the report but to drill to shared information at the next level (which I can currently grant as a share on a case by case basis) and that they experience a smoother information provision.

What would be really neat would be to allow the use of sharing groups for items such as reports, cases, etc that facilitated this with a selection at the report, case, case-type level helping to drive this approach.
