Clarizen notification on email non delivery
It's really a significant lack in Clarizen email management features.
When an email is sent out from Clarizen either automatically in workflow or through UI email actions, if there is an error in the email adresse or any other non delivery event, Clarizen do not send any notification on the Work Item or the sendedr.
I am assuming this is critical for most Clarizen customers because as soons as you have project you have a customer contact for the project in question. Therefore getting notified when outbound emails do not get delivery is extremly important.
