Report Scheduler - Conditions

I do not see any way to STOP email notifications from going out if there are NO RESULTS, so can this be added?

For example, I have a report that updates the SAP team every week with a report of every Salesforce item that was not properly updated with a Sales Order ID.

BUT the report goes out whether or not there is actually errors or not.

Allow us to create a condition that says DO NOT EMAIL unless the report has X number of results or a HIGHLIGHT that has more than X number of results.

Email notification needs to be better controlled, because right now it goes out no matter what... :(
