You would go to Utilities >> Other Actions >> Move on the ribbon. You can also drag & drop within a portfolio or use Copy/Paste functions to move a work item into another work item.

How to change Parent of milestones from 1 project to another?
Hi
I want to change Parent of milestones from 1 project to another from grid view, but the Parent & Parent Project fields are not editable.
Please Advice!!!
