Portfolio Timeline Zoom

The current Zoom functionality with the Portfolio Timeline interferes with page scrolling.  As you scroll down the page, when you hit the Timeline panel, you get stuck into it's zoom window.  We'd like to suggest swapping in the same Zoom functionality used for the Roadmap panel (with the + bar) as opposed to the mouse controlling the zoom in/out.  Thanks!
