How to call workflow from email template sent to user

I need one functionality where i will sent email to project manager for appraval or rejection.
Email will contain two button Approve and Reject once click on any of this button status should get update through email itself.
Need help how can i achieve this functionality.

This is probably too broad of a topic to cover in the community. I would recommend working with our Professional Services team since there are many ways to do this and it is highly dependent on what is being approved and how it ties into your other processes.
