Syncing of User making comment in JIRA back to Clarizen

When a comment is added to a JIRA ticket created by Clarizen, the user that shows up as making the comment is System Admin. Is it possible to display the user that made the comment in Jira in Clarizen? There doesn't appear to be any way to do this, can we add this is a feature request?
