How to create relations between cases, e.g. Bug related to Request

Hello Community,

I wish to create a custom action for reporting Bugs in relation to a Request.

Thus I can track Bugs that are related to certain Change Request.

Out-of-the-box Clarizen does not manage relations between cases.

Please advise how this can be customized.

Hello Arnon,

You would have to use Data Objects and Reverse Referencing to achieve that. I'd like to recommend contacting your CSM as this will require multiple customizations to implement.
