I am having the same issue as others with changing dates. I have removed all predecessors and successors. the dates (specifically years) keep changing in my start and due dates. I go through and edit the dates. Then the major tasks are out of order. When I move a major task to the correct spot on the schedule, the start dates go back to 2016 or the due dates go to 2018 or 19. Very frustrated as this is delaying me from providing my schedule to the client. What do I need to do?

Are you using fixed work, duration, or unit? Which dates are you setting manually? Answering this would probably be best as a conversation with your CSM or PS Consultant while looking into your specific project.
