Update GetWidgetHyperLink function to include "Full view" as a 'format' parameter option

Currently the GetWidgetHyperLink function allows only 'roadmap' and 'gantt' as options in the 'format' parameter.

Working in an Office Hours session yesterday, we surmised that the function was crated when those two were the only Widget views available to share and that when Full View was added, this function was not updated to provide the same option.

If that is the case, could the function please be updated to allow for this so that I can pass a Full View project widget link back to Salesforce for our sales reps to use, as they do not have Clarizen accounts.
