Lessons Learned

My personal preference is to link to a Google Doc for Lessons Learned. You can also use a custom textarea field, a social post, a note, or an attachment for Lessons Learned. 

We are using cases to record lessons learned.

We have created a custom field (Simple check box) to indicate whether a case should be included on the lessons learned log and use a view in the cases module to view only cases with the 'flag' set.
