Questions about Daily Limit for Send reports via workflow rules

Hi Guys,

I am doing testing on "Send reports via workflow rules" in Trial environment. Error is prompted with message:

"An error occurred while executing action '1 - Send Report' in a configuration named 'XXXXXXX': Execution threshold for Custom Actions or API calls exceeded (used XX of 50 allowed)."

My questions are:

1) Is the daily limit of "Send reports via workflow rules" in Trial environment 50 only?

2) If my understanding is correct, daily limit of Enterprise environment should be [No. of Licenses] X 50, am i right?
