What the difference for this ??

What is these different login's ??

i have trail account in "https://eu1.clarizen.com/Clarizen/Home" login is succesfully happening with serverLocation: https://apie1.clarizen.com/v2.0/services/ and same not happening with serverLocation https://api2.clarizen.com/v2.0/services
