This might be possible if you pay for it to Clarizen (they made a custom report for me with a logo). Otherwise you can only use the Excel add in.

Feature Request: Report Logo
I would like to have the ability to print a report logo based on the Customer.
Maybe have an enable logo toggle for a report, then select which Customer logo (since there can be multiple customers) you want to use or use a custom one. If no customer logos exist, make us upload one or use a default.
