Progress Report by User Type as Email

I would like to create a workflow rule to generate weekly progress reports to email users only or user type as email. user type is not a option to use for the workflow rules. How can I create this type of workflow?

Hello Maya,

I think this can be done by creating the rule on the User entity and then using $LicenseType = 'Email' as the criteria. It really depends on what exactly you're trying to achieve.
