Hi,
I need to customize PPR template to include additional fields in PPR reporting.
Steps I've done :
1. In Global Search, I searched for periodic project template and File Details page opens up.
2. Downloaded & customized Periodic_Project_Report_Template_EUG.docx
I need to upload the customized file to clarizen, but "Replace File" button in File Details page is greyed out.
This could be a permission thing, but People page, shows a tick against my name under Admin column, so I presume I have admin rights.
Interestingly another person in People's page, shows a tick under Admin column too, and for him, the "Replace File" button is enabled.
what settings I need to enable under "Profiles" or elsewhere to get this "Replace file" button enabled ?

Hello Nishant,
What is the value of 3.1 System Setting? If it's 'Enhanced', you might need to add a group you're a member of to the file's relations. Giving yourself Super User permissions should also work. Here's a recording for clarification: https://www.screencast.com/t/D8wGV61HBC

The 3.1 Value says "Basic". I took the superuser route.
I gave myself Superuser permission and the button got enabled. I had assumed, "Admin" user will have superuser rights by default.
