Meeting Notes - improving the way Rich Text renders

There is an (almost) Rich Text Editor for meeting notes in the system - this includes text numbering and a good outline model. When viewing Meeting Notes in tabular format, the numbering and formatting is not honored and some meaning is lost. It would be great to have a simple improvement to the tabular layout to allow the Notes column to give rich text output
