AdaptiveWork Trigger Timing Out

I don't know if anyone still uses this forum since the last post here was eight months ago, but here goes:

We have been using the Clarizen (AdaptiveWork) to Salesforce integration for several years without any issues. Sometime in the past week, Clarizen Customer and Project objects stopped being created by the integration. The Clarizen Project object in Salesforce is being created, but the Clarizen objects are not. I just tried running a test on the two events we have configured in the integration, and both successfully created the object in Salesforce, but then timed out during the "AdaptiveWork event triggered" step. Is anyone else having a similar issue with their integration? I did already open a ticket with Planview but figured I'd check here as well. Thanks!
