Mini Timesheet 1.3.2 App - Validation Error

I downloaded the Mini Timesheet app and when I try to enable it, I get the following Validation Error message:

Rule ' Report Time' is invalid: Default Workflow User is not defined in global settings of organization

Any input to help me enable the app is appreciated.

You need to go to settings >> global settings >> and set a default workflow user (can put yourself in there).
