We have a project containing 5 milestones, each with sub-tasks.
As sub-tasks are completed, the Percent Complete field on the milestone is updated. Except on one particular milestone - it fails to update when its sub-tasks are completed.
Why might that be?
Is there a setting somewhere that would block/disable the Percent Complete values at the sub-task level from rolling up to be displayed on their parent milestone?

There is one setting. Can you click on the milestone that is updating, then open the dependency tab on the right, and click on the "progress impact" tab. Have any of the settings in here been modified? If not, please open a support ticket so that our customer success team can investigate. Thanks!
