Change in Resource Rates
Hi. Due to the change in fiscal year, we just changed our resource rates. I want to make sure that the former project charges do not change as a result of this update. Will you please confirm that previously entered time does not get charged the new rate??

Historic time is not supposed to change, but there is an outstanding issue preventing the history from staying locked. This is going to be resolved this Sunday, so anytime next week you should be able to change the rates without affecting historic items. Also keep in mind you need to have setting 3.1 in the system settings turned off in order for the historic data to lock.
