I've enabled InterAct and created a new mailbox for creating a new project via email. The application works great when implemented by a user with a "Full" license but when a user with a "Email" license tries to use it they get the following email reply.
You do not have a license; please contact your administrator to provide you a license...

The Way to Work
The "Email" license user appears to be setup correctly and can provide progress updates through email without any problems. Is InterAct not available to "Email" licenses?

Hi Ted,
InterAct do not require license for "Email to case
mailboxes" only. All other mailboxes requires a licensed user and in some
cases permissions.
Please consult your Customer Success representative
