workflow rule trigger if task billable

In the evaluation criteria, I want If True = ......to be only if if the task is billable.

I've tried all sorts of combinations. I'm just unsure how to handle a checkbox field. I have read through lots of the wikipedia pages, and searched through all of the forum questions that were related to rules.
