Changing 'User Type'

"How do I change the 'User Type' found under User ManagementUsers ?
If I click on a user and open the properties tab, the 'User Type' field is not active."

You can change the user type by assigning the proper license from your license pool.


The license types available:

- Full

- Time & Expense

- None (Email user)

This is done in Settings >> User Management>> Licenses >>Assign License

Roni thanks.

I had to assign and email license to the user, then un-assign that license. A two step process. This cleared the initial users 'Time & Expense' setting we assigned under the 30 day free trial.

I couldn't find any on line documentation for this Admin function or did I miss something?
