Multiple views for the same project

Hi,

I'd like to check if there's any way to create multiple views for the same project? The objective is to maintain two different level of details of work plan, which can be shared internally vs. with external. How can I achieve this?

This is one of the major changes that we will be adding to version 6, which is going to be released towards the end of the year or Q1.

Hi Helena,

 

Thanks for your quick reply. Great to know it's going to be incorporated in your new release. In the meantime, any suggested workaround I can do to maintain 2 different views of the same project?

Using the "columns" drop down in the current project screen, you can create a custom column view (or multiple).  When a user logs into the system they will be able to choose the relevant view.

Oops, i mean different level of details, sorry not column view.
