I am trying to change the weighting of subtasks within a milestone. So far I understood that every item has the same weighting regardless of its duration. What I do not understand is how the Impact Weighing works, I don't know how the system calculates the final completion percentage. I already read the article about the reporting progress (http://help.clarizen.com/index.php/Reporting_Progress#Weight_calculation) but could not find a satisfying answer.
Let's say I have three sub tasks, with 50%, 25% and 25% weighting. How can I put this into the system?

You can click on the parent, go to the progress impact panel, and enter in 50, 25, and 25 into the impact weights for the children items. If you have any issues with this, I would recommend hopping on one of our Q&A forums to thoroughly cover the topic. Thanks!
