Create Task and Assign Resource using InterAct

Hello,

I created New Mail box rule to create a task in InterAct tab.I need to set following fields using this rule.

Task Name

Work

Start Date

Due Date

Resources

I can able to assign first four fields but not Resources.

Please help me out to do this.

The resource is a bit more complicated than a standard field. You need a separate action that will create a new resource link object. If you look at some of our canned Interact rules, you will be able to get a good example of this. (We can also show you on the Q&A webinars).
