Sub-Milestone (or sub-phase) and move tasks

Hello, as I am new in using Clarizen I may have missed some step in creating a project. I'm not able to include a phase (milestone) into another phase. I'm also notable to move a task from one phase to another. I ask: is this the expected behavior for Clarizen?

I found a question in the forum on this subject  "Milestone, Sub-Sub-tasks and milestones (Order and Placement)," then 
I ran the steps that were mentioned  and they worked. But as Jennifer Reyes said, I also keep a little frustrated. However at the end of the discussion Josh Santos gave us a hope, the version 6. 
So I ask: when we have the version 6? I ask because from what I've read in some forum discussions version 6 include many new features.

V6 is coming in the fourth quarter of this year and will include many popular feature requests such as drag & drop, expand/collapse all, awesome new filtering system, group/sort by, interactive views, and many other great upgrades.
