Hi Ashley,
I will contact you directly to review the setup of the scheduled workflow rule.
Roni
Yesterday I created a scheduled workflow rule to send a report to my email account every Tuesday at a certain time.
I received no syntax errors, yet when the rule fired, I received over 70 emails: a mix of the email that was supposed to be generated and error messages stating that the rule had fired more than the allowed number of times.
This eventually crashed our account until I disabled the rule.
The code is simple: set on the project level (tried organization too- same result). The email is supposed to go to me, attaching a report listing new projects created in the past week. (today()-weeks(1) to today()).
Any thoughts on why this fired so many times?
Thanks!

Hi Roni,
I too have similar kind of requirement and i faced same problem what Ashley has reported.
I got following error description when rule is fired "
An error occurred while executing action 'Send Report' in a customization named 'Send a report of issues to a group of people': Execution threshold exceeded, used 69 of 50 allowed. "
Can you please help me out ..
Hi Udai,
In the case above, this seemed to have been an intermittent issue.
The report was sent successfully the very same day.
I suggest you give this another try and if the problem persists, contact your customer success manager or submit a support case from Clarizen.
