I want to make a template of a project as my standard , How ?

Hi Peter, 

To create a template from a project, simply right click on the project itself from the current project screen and then choose the "Save as Template" option.  You can also access this same action from the "more actions" dropdown in the current project toolbar.

Once you select "Save as Template" you will be able to set the template name.  To set a template as your "default" template for your organization simply access the "Template" subsystem and set the relevant template as the default.
