What are the rules for displaying tasks in the timesheet that are marked as complete?

I have noticed that some tasks that are marked complete show in the time tracking even after the end date has passed and some do not. I would like to stop with from happening apart from selecting to only see the "active" tasks.

Hi Kristan,

If setting 10.3 _Allow reporting on Completed items _is active completed tasks will still appear on your timesheets. If you are the Admin for your account, login and click here to see if this setting is active if so uncheck the box and save to disallow this feature. If this is not your role please consult with the Admin on your account regarding this behavior.
