In scenario 1, the Customer will be associated automatically. In scenario 2, you will have to do this manually.

Customer field population in an integrated Salesforce environment
In an integrated Salesforce environment, will the Customer name populate on the Clarizen record in both situations: 1. Clarizen project is initially launched from Salesforce and 2. Clarizen project is launched from Clarizen and later linked to Salesforce?
