Hi Eytan, you would have to enable reporting time on completed items in the system settings (in the Time Tracking section).

Submitting time for a completed task
hello,
Our technicians are submitting time via email.
if a technician considers a task complete and after that decides to start again the stopwatch, this operation will result in an error ? ( because this tasks is already 100% concluded... )
