Issue with Clarizen sign on

A new user has tried numerous times to sign on to Clarizen but has not been successful. After each attempt he gets locked out for 15 minutes. Need assistance.

Tamara,

The new user should click on the Forgot password link on the log in page. that will reset the password and send a new email asking him/her to log in.
