There are three mailboxes set up out of the box when you go to the Interact tab that create a new bug, a new request and a new issue.  In addition, there is is a group of Interact samples on our app marketplace ( http://www.clarizen.com/appsmarketplace/InterAct-Samples.html), once of which includes a new task creation.  Furthermore, please feel free to join our advanced Q&A sessions by clicking on Home (on this screen), then Webinars, then Advanced Q&A.
