Clarizen now has change history functionality from within a project that makes it helpful to track changes, however it doesn't appear that we can perform reporting on this data. Change information appears to be stored at DB level. How can we report on it?

Do you know how can I view or check the history of the changes on my work plan?
For example, the most important thing I want to know, is, when and who changes the "start date" or "due dates", changes resources, etc.

The best way to do this right now is by installing our Audit Trail app which you can find over here: http://www.clarizen.com/appsmarketplace/Audit-Trail-For-Work-Items.html
We are also working on an even better app for our v6 release. The existing Audit Trail app will work on V6 and will automatically transition when your account is upgraded, but the new one will have additional functionality.

Is the Audit Train app still available? I realize this is a very old post, but the link is no longer valid. If not, is there another app available that serves this purpose, or is there built-in functionality? We really need the ability to track who is making changes to work items. Thanks!

Thanks, Josh. That's not QUITE what I'm looking for. I don't want something that utilizes the Discussions feature to track changes. I just want something that shows me the "history" of a Work Item at a glance. So if I'm looking at a specific Task, I'd like to be able to see every action that has been taken on it (dates changes, Resources changed, Description changed, etc.). This would be something that Managers and Admins could use if there is ever a question as to when and why something changed.
We have a high-priority feature request to provide something very similar to what you described. You can use the data object instead of discussions so you have a history panel, but the Activity Stream is the closest you can get out-of-the-box.

Not yet, but moving in the right direction. Internally this is one of our top requests as well.
Sorry to keep pushing on this one, but I'm getting a lot of questions on my side about when this functionality will be available. Now they are asking me if there's a way to see all of the history for a given Project related to who logged time, changes to the Description field, changes to one of our custom Duration fields, and a few other things. I have a feeling the new feature you're working on internally will help us with a lot of these things. Thanks!
No updates yet, but you can customize the Activity stream to also process custom fields.
