How to add a template to a project that was already set up in Clarizen?

Please go to Work Items panel and from the drop-down list choose: Add Sub-Project From Template or Add Sub-milestone From Template. Please see the attachment.

Hi Diana,

When following the steps from that jpg which you had attached, our capex templates are not listed when we follow this step, only a BI Cognos one (not all other templates) is showing up.

So my question is how to add a Milestone template (that should show all our custom templates) not a project template to a project that was already set up in Clarizen?

When you select to add either a sub-project or a sub-milestone, both should have template options.  Note that milestone and project templates are completely different, they will not be cross-listed with one another.  So if you saved a milestone as a template, it will only show up if you go and create a milestone from template.
