I don't see option to send my time and expense entries to Quickbooks

This functionality is not available, by default.  We have developed an integration with Quickbooks and it is available as an app on our apps marketplace:

Have a look at the video and the documentation.  You can also reach out to your account manager if you'd like a trial of the integration.
