I wan't to manage the availability of users

My team members are have some activities which are not managed in clarizen. The activities which are not managed are for example holidays, training, sickness... So I wan't to be able available of this team member. Is that possible?

I would recommend using milestones that never expire for these buckets of non-projectized work.  We have the same scenario internally at Clarizen and it works out very well.  If you hop on any Q&A forum a CSM can show you exactly how we set these up.
