Hello. All you need to do is head over to http://v6.clarizen.com and click Schedule Upgrade. The next available upgrade window is now October 20th (September 29th is full). No data will be compromised, everything will carry over including all customizations. I would ready the upgrade guide as a few minor changes need to be made if you are using the SFDC integration or $Parent in any of your customizations. All of your project data, issue data, users, templates, collaboration items, etc., will come over seamlessly.
