Our recommendation is for users to report both time and update either 1.) remaining effort or 2.) % completion. This will give you maximum visibility on both time reported and the real status of the task, as very frequently the time estimated is not the time that actually gets put into the task.
How i can keep control that actual time sheet entry ensures completion of work.
Some times employee for the sake of entry put entry in time sheet but how do i ensure that work is also completed in actiual.
