If you modify columns for a view that is global, it will affect all users that are utilizing that view. As an admin you can also create new global views that your users will have access to.

how do I add a column to work plan and make it visible to all users
I know I can manage my view for each module to whatever I want to customize but there are certain fields that I want to add that make it visible to all users who are in the tool. How do I modify work view columns and it changes for everyone else as well?
