In order to upgrade this user you need to purchase a license (People >> Misc >> Buy additional licenses), and reassign a full license to that user. I sent an email to your account manager to reach out and help. You can also contact your Customer Success Manager directly (Rob).
We are trying to upgrade a user from team member to full, and we do not have any open full licenses.
