task not appearing in 'My Task' despite resource allocated

Hi,

I created a task and allocated a resource to the task.

The Task is 'Active' and after it's start date.

When I ask for a 'Status' update, the nominated resource receives an email.

When the resource (using a social license) goes to My Tasks - the task is not viewable.

When the resource clicks the link from the 'Status Update' email they get an error message that the 'Task has been deleted or they do not have permission to view the Task'.

Can you advise what setup error I'm likely to have made?

Thanks

Social users can only see to-do tasks, these are tasks with no parent project that are typically created from the Social module. In order for them to be able to see projectized tasks, they would need either a Team Member or Full license.  However, this social user should be able to update projectized tasks over email using our Project-mail functionality.
