Official comment
The maximum file size for a single attachment is now 100MB. There is still no Clarizen size restriction for Google Drive or Box files.

For real? I have not seen this anywhere before. The only thing I have read is unlimited file space and have not seen any file limit come up before. We need up upload much larger file that this (Photoshop PSDs)!

If you need to upload PSDs, I would recommend linking to Box, Google Drive, or using a Network Shortcut. No limit on any of those.
