What is the best way to add a To Do task via Interact?

What is the best way to add a to do task via interact? Today we have a project rule that will add a task, but this requires the user ot e-mail the project directly. We'd want the e-mail to create a todo task with the user sending the e-mail as the resource.

Just install, enable, and have people email the newtask email address to create a new task (the person in the CC will become the resource).
